What does a network infrastructure project include?
A site survey, network design (VLANs, addressing and WiFi), installation and configuration of switches and access points, performance testing and documentation. We hand it over working and explained.
My office WiFi drops or runs slow — can you fix it?
Yes. We check coverage, channel saturation and your equipment's capacity, then redesign the corporate WiFi so it reaches every corner evenly. Often the fix is better design, not buying more hardware.
What warranty do the equipment and network installation carry?
Equipment keeps its manufacturer warranty and we stand behind our installation and configuration. If anything within the agreed scope fails, we fix it, and we offer support plans for ongoing maintenance.
