The warehouse suffered stock shrinkage with no way to reconstruct events: a few old analog cameras, blind spots at the loading dock and aisles, poor-quality recordings lost within days and no alerts when someone entered restricted areas after hours.
We designed coverage with 4MP IP cameras over a dedicated PoE+ network isolated in its own VLAN, placed to remove blind spots at entrances, dock, aisles and checkout. We installed an NVR with 30-day storage and enabled AI analytics: perimeter line crossing, people counting and loitering alerts in restricted zones, with mobile notifications. All with power backup and secure remote access.
The warehouse now has full coverage and continuous high-quality recording: shrinkage dropped sharply as any event can be reviewed, and AI alerts notify in the moment, not the next day. Management monitors sites from a phone and keeps 30 days of backup for any claim or audit.
