The challenge
A node serving CDN and web apps in the region was saturating: legacy cabling, limited data bus between servers and no real power or link backup.
Full modernization of an edge node (CDN and apps): racks, Cat 6A/10G cabling, AI-ready hardware, triple failover and monitored solar power.

A node serving CDN and web apps in the region was saturating: legacy cabling, limited data bus between servers and no real power or link backup.
We migrated to new racks and equipment with Cat 6A (10G) cabling, enabled AI-ready hardware (GPU) and built a three-provider failover: two fiber links (up to 20G) and an enterprise Starlink satellite antenna. We added solar power with automatic generator transfer and a monitoring system (Savix) for servers, solar output and network status.
Client services doubled or tripled in production, zero interruptions during a fiber cut and an AI-ready foundation.
